Our Story

My love for jewellery was nurtured by my grandmother—Baa, as I fondly call her. Ever since I was a kid, she would pass on to me little trinkets, jewels, and apparel from her wardrobe, but never without a story. There was so much history, so many memories, and so much love in everything she gave me that they automatically became the most precious things I now own.

I believe that jewellery isn’t just about what it’s made of—it’s about why it exists. Every piece I create has a story behind it, and it's not just about the metal or the design, but about the moments, memories, and feelings that sparked it. My jewellery is an extension of my thoughts, my experiences, and the world I see around me. Simply put, it is an extension of my life put onto my canvas: jewels.

Take my SHIZEN, for example. I remember the sound of a pencil sharpener when I was a child—how it was this daily ritual that seemed so simple, but at the same time, it was almost magical to see a flower like something fall off my sharpener while shaving a pencil. That memory stuck with me, and one day, I realized that moment could be captured onto my canvas and turn something so ordinary into something extraordinary.

It’s in those small moments that I find inspiration. Moments that seem trivial to most, but for me, they’re full of depth. I want my pieces to evoke the same feeling for you—that sense of nostalgia, of looking at something simple and seeing it through a different lens. What if the little things that make us who we are could become something we wear every day?

I don’t design for trends. I design for truth. My pieces don’t follow what's in vogue or what's hot right now. They follow what I find beautiful in the world—the things, the stories that are real, imperfect, and unique. And I believe that’s what makes them timeless. Because, in the end, it's not about what you wear, it's about how it makes you feel.

"Every design I create is personal. It’s a story from my life, a memory, or a moment that has stuck with me. I’m not designing just to make beautiful things—I’m designing because those memories matter. And I want them to matter to you, too."
