When will I receive my order?

Our standard delivery timeline is 10–12 working days. You can expect to receive your order within 12 working days from the date of purchase.

If you require your order urgently, please write to us at info@aarjavee.com, and we will do our best to assist you. 

 

What is my jewellery made of?

All our jewellery is crafted from brass. Each piece is handmade by skilled artisans and finished with either micron plating or 18K gold plating.

 

How can I return or replace my order?

We are a small brand based in Ahmedabad, and in our effort to avoid overproduction, we do not accept returns.

However:

• If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aarjavee.com.
  We will arrange a pickup and, upon inspection, send you a replacement immediately.

• If you wish to replace an item due to personal preference, you may write to us at info@aarjavee.com.
  In this case, the customer will be required to pay ₹200, which covers reverse pickup and shipping of the replacement piece.

Please note that reverse pickup timelines vary between 2–5 working days, depending on the pickup location.

 

International Shipping Timeline

International orders typically take 7–10 business days to be shipped, including the preparation of all required documentation.
All international shipments are sent via Blue Dart.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

 

Duties & Customs

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price.

 

Loss or Theft of Courier

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier has confirmed the order as successfully delivered to the provided address.
