Please note that we do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage that renders the product unusable, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@aarjavee.com. Kindly mention “REPLACEMENT” in the subject line along with your order number, and include a brief description and clear photographs of the issue.
Upon review, and depending on the nature of the concern, we will either arrange a replacement or issue a coupon code redeemable on a future purchase.
If a ring size exchange is required due to an incorrect size selected by the customer, the associated courier charges of ₹200 will be borne by the customer.
In the event that an incorrect ring size is sent by Aarjavee, all courier charges will be borne by the brand.
As our jewellery is handcrafted, slight variations in finish, texture, or form may occur. These variations are inherent to the making process and are not considered defects. Products may therefore differ slightly from images displayed on our website or other platforms.
Aarjavee reserves the right to determine whether a replacement is applicable. While final decisions rest with us, customer satisfaction remains a priority and is always handled with care and fairness.
