We do not offer any returns, refunds or cancellations once the order is placed.
If you have received a product that has a manufacturing defect or damage that would make the use of the product impossible, you can write us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Please mention the SUBJECT as REPLACEMENT and mention your Order Number. Also please include a description and photos of the defect. Depending on the specific issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or a discount code that you can use on a future purchase.
If you have received a product with sizing issues, we will arrange for a pick up from the address of delivery and send you a fresh piece in different size within 5-7 working days. This comes true, if and only if, AARJAVEE has sent a wrong/different size from the one mentioned in the order.
However, our pieces of both clothing and jewellery are handcrafted and can never be 100% an exact replica of anything that you might have seen before or the ones shown in picture on our website or any other portal.
AARJAVEE holds the final authority to decide whether the piece needs a replacement or not. We are committed towards customer satisfaction and will never take it for granted.
